The Annual Parade of Homes Returns to Central Florida

We’re always happy to share news about the Annual Parade of Homes in Central Florida. Mainly because we can dreeeeeaaaam about living in some place more fantastic than we currently do. While last year’s looked a little different, this year’s well-loved Parade of Homes extravaganza will be a little more like folks are used to. The Parade of Homes Orlando showcases Central Florida’s most inspiring homebuilders and designers with innovations in homebuilding, architectural design, energy efficiency, smart homes, outdoor living, interior style, remodeling and pool design.

The Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), the authority, educator and promoter of the housing and building industry, recently announced the dates for the 68th annual Parade of Homes Orlando. Fans and residents from around the Central Florida and beyond can experience over 50 of the “best of the best” homes and apartment communities throughout greater Orlando for FREE. This self-guided tour starts this weekend (Saturday July 10th) and runs through the entire week of Sunday July 18th.

So what can visitors expect, and where can they see these homes and apartment communities on display? Here’s are some details:

Showcase Home: Corbeil at the Shores at Lake Whippoorwill by Toll Brothers
The 2021 Showcase Home is the Corbeil by Toll Brothers, featuring luxury living in a relaxed environment at the company’s Shores at Lake Whippoorwill community in Orlando. The home’s architectural design exudes contemporary elegance with an emphasis on luxury and comfort. An impressive double-door entry leads into a soaring two-story foyer with magnificent views to the spectacular outdoor living area.

The 5,029 square-foot, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Corbeil features an open floor plan with an expansive gourmet kitchen serving as its centerpiece. The kitchen’s large island and walk-in pantry along with its proximity to the great room, casual dining area, dining room, and covered lanai, make the space perfect for entertaining.

The Corbeil was also designed with a spacious primary bedroom suite that serves as a solitary retreat with modern luxuries. The home’s primary bedroom suite includes two walk-in closets and an opulent bath highlighted by a large shower with two seats.

The second floor features a kids tech area and secluded workspace, but there is always time for fun in the bonus room with table tennis. Perfect for enjoying the year-round weather, the home’s outdoor living space features a swimming pool and spa, raised deck with a pergola, and a sun shelf.

This home is ideally designed for homeowners who wish to enjoy the upscale Central Florida lifestyle in an exclusive, luxury community.
