Happy National Tourism Day!

We Central Floridians often roll our eyes and turn our noses up when folks all over the worldour great city is automatcially associated with the theme parks from folks all over the world. After all, we all know we’re so much more! Great food, creative and innovative entertainment, and wonderful, wonderful people. But we have to admit the theme parks are so important to our local economy and they need to get back to “normal” after this atrocious past year, and, well…the theme parks are just all kindsa fun.

So that’s why we have to give a shout out to National Tourism Day today. This day is observed during National Travel and Tourism Week in the United States, which occurs every first full week of May. National Travel and Tourism Week was first celebrated in May 1983, as President Ronald Reagan signed a Proclamation urging all citizens to observe the week.

With this, we wanna know which local theme park is your all-time favorite?
