I’ve never actually been to a BarCamp Orlando event, but I know many, many people who usually attend. Primarily an event for “techy” folks, BarCamp Orlando “is a community building event which happens once a year to bring together people from different backgrounds to share and learn from each other.” Coders and individuals who are really into new media. From what I know of it it’s a great collaborating endeavor.
This year’s BarCamp Orlando is April 2nd (Saturday) from 9:30am – 6:00pm. It’s being held at Wall St. Cantina in downtown Orlando.
A full schedule of the day’s events as well as additional event info can be found at the BarCamp Orlando website.
