Did you know that you can get CDs, DVDs and the latest best-sellers … for free??

There are a ton of downloading options available online, but what if you’d prefer to stay legal? You can do that by heading over to your local Public Library.

A friend recently turned me on to this revelation. During his latest trips, he borrowed copies of Tokyo Police Club, Radiohead, Oasis and more!

The library also keeps DVDs of new releases, classics and even your favorite TV shows. Unbelievably, you can keep these rentals for up to 7 days!! Bye-bye, Blockbuster!

If you’re an Orange County resident, head on over to the library’s Web site to get your library card or visit one of the county’s fifteen locations.

There are many other places where you can get free DVDs as well. Many production companies will give a free DVD so that you can see what their movies are like before you invest. Such is the case at FamilyTV.com- You get a free DVD. I got the Buttercream Gang- I will always enjoy that movie.

I used to do this all the time when I was in college, and it was great. To be honest, I completely forgot libraries do this, so thanks for the reminder!
