Downtown Orlando stinks…literally

Anyone who follows our blog knows I live near downtown Orlando. In Delaney Park, to be precise. And I’m fortunate to work in downtown Orlando, so I’ve less than three miles round-trip from home to work each day. I consider myself very lucky.

My drive home the other night (hence being classified as “Out and About”) was a bit tainted, when the fresh air pouring into my car through my open windows started reeking of cigars. Yuck! Then I realized I was passing the new Corona Cigar Company on the corner of Orange Avenue and Pine Street. I mean, I’m happy the downtown area is being revitalized, and folks are hanging out there, but couldn’t it have been a flower or candy store, instead of stinky cigars?
